Chris Procopis

Before establishing LexPro Research in 2006, Chris gained over two decades of distinguished experience in advanced research, investigations, and management. His career showcases competencies across intricate inquiries, spanning sensitive matters demanding discretion. His expertise encompasses domestic and international domains, including due diligence, background assessments, mergers and acquisitions insights, white-collar transgressions, and intellectual property issues. Chris has shared his knowledge through lectures and training, contributing to investigation techniques.

Prior to the founding of LexPro Research, Chris was brought on to assist with the formation of the business intelligence unit at Deloitte. Once established, Chris was instrumental in building the practice. He orchestrated due diligence for IPOs, mergers, managed domestic and international fraud inquiries, led analytical projects, compiled reports, and provided skillful training.

As a Research Analyst and Investigator at Investigative Group International (IGI) in New York, Chris led the research division, overseeing case assignments, personnel, and fostering continuous enhancement through training. Beyond work, he co-founded Greyhound Rescue & Rehabilitation, a non-profit, showcasing his dedication to ex-racing greyhounds' welfare.

In response to the growing demand for high-level pre-employment background checks, Chris Procopis also co-founded HR Risk Mitigation LLC. This endeavor aims to meet the need for superior pre-employment background checks and complements LexPro Research LLC. Chris' career showcases his expertise in high-level research, investigations, and management.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The American University in Washington, D.C., harmonizing with his dynamic career and holistic approach to complex challenges and investigations.
