Jeanne M. Carrillo

Jeanne Carrillo, Director of Operations, plays an integral role in LexPro Research LLC’s daily processes. For over four years, she has been overseeing LexPRO’s daily activities, generating efficiency and productivity. Jeanne is responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, marketing, client development, as well as working closely with senior leadership on strategic objectives, project planning, and client reporting.

Before joining LexPRO, she worked at General Reinsurance Corporation, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. As a seasoned manager, she has led many initiatives and projects with achievements in vendor management, contract negotiation, compliance, and employee communications.  She is a Certified Scrum Master with an uncompromising commitment to quality and excellence. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Outside of LexPRO, Jeanne has been very active in the Stamford, Connecticut non-profit community, serving on several non-profit boards and leading various volunteer initiatives.
